“Pros: Beautiful block, amazing apartment, awesome washer/dryer/dishwasher situation. Tub has jets. Cons: Landlords will tell gaslight you about building issues, I lived for two winters without proper heat because their system showed it was warm. Meanwhile I could see my breath. Advice to landlord: Listen to your tenants”
