“Pros: Close to subway, new appliances, good central air. Cons: Expensive rent for the area, not many things in the area, “laundry” area isn’t sufficient for the building, takes effort to get repairs done. There was a lot of theft of packages. Advice to landlord: More cameras, more laundry, lower rent”
