“Unit Apartment 3 Pros: Very quiet environment, chill neighborhood, responsive management, lot of natural light and space. Love it, worth it. Cons: Construction at the neighbors but we know this is not permanent. Stealing packages, very quick from someone in the neighborhood. A pick up box is being installed by the owners, which is AWESOME. Mouse spotted in a hallway, but we know management is on it at the time this review is being written. Advice to landlord: No specific advice.”
