“Pros: Have big rooms Cons: Rodents everywhere! Very poor unsafe electricity, no gas or heat throughout the whole building, there is mold & infestation of flies during summer oh & to top it off the plumbing is terrible ! The landlord is a liar and scammer I highly do not recommend! Advice to landlord: Sell the building or re-renovate but it’s disgusting so fix it !”
