“Pros: Management is super responsive and things are usually always fixed the same day. New mail room set-up, garbage outside, and new ring doorbell. Cons: Not a lot of storage in units, but building wise it's very well kept and a very sweet super/landlord. Not a intercom/buzz in the apartment, the buzzer calls your phone -- could be seen as pro or con.”
