Pest control solid for being above restaurants. Cons: Over 70 alcohol serving business in a few block radius. Very loud at night. Outside is dirty on weekends from bar crowd, throw up on front steps several times. No door bell or ability to ring people in, resulting in a lot of missed packages. Management increased rent 50% and refused to negotiate. No fan in bathroom. No microwave or toaster oven. No dish washer or laundry units. Railroad style apt, limited space. Advice to landlord: Install door bells and lock buzzers.”
