Cons: The laundry room could use more washers and dryers. There are many units in the building. But only 3 washers and 3 dryers. Residents like to hog washers - 1 person will use all 3 washers and it’s unfair to all other residents. If no more can be added, a limit should be placed on two per person at a time. This can be implemented with an app. Advice to landlord: Keep an eye out for homeless people that like to wander around outside the building.”
