“Unit 3R Pros: Laundry, Dishwasher, Easy commute from G line, Beautiful neighborhood and very active management Cons: No sunlight in one room+living and kitchen. Slight baby cockroach problem but nothing major, one seen over 2 weeks only a couple months in summer in the bathrooms Advice to landlord: pest control!”
