“Pros: The super of the building is fast and responsive. Staff are very great and helpful. Building is always clean. No rats. No cockroaches. Security cameras and doorman on weekdays. Not many pet owners. Very safe for kids. Street parking is available for the most time. Cons: Pricey. Rude management. Not the best laundry and drying machines. Advice to landlord: Hire a better staff in the management with a better demeanor. Renew the laundry and drying machines.”
