Landlord can sometimes be hard to get a hold of, but generally good communication. Not a fun process to work through the renewal after one year, as they jacked up the rent an insane amount and would not negotiate. Cons: Our washing machine broke and it took over two weeks to get a replacement. There was a miscommunication with home depot and they ended up leaving the new washer sitting in our living room for a week. Had to bug the landlord to get it installed.”
