“Pros: big rooms, 2 bathrooms Cons: heat doesn't work has mice landlord is a slumord rent way too high ceiling fell in on someones unit ceiling leaks toilet broken not cleaned before moving in never got a copy of our lease”

“Pros: Great location and a good price Cons: Dirty dark hallway in the building. Also a little loud because you are right on top of heavy woods Advice to landlord: Fix up the hallway”

“Pros: Location. Literally the only reason why we stayed for so long. Cons: The landlord is the worst. If you need anything, anything at all, he will yell at you over the phone. He will come and angrily fix one thing and tell you he will come back in a couple of days to fix the multiple other problems you have.. We had to beg for the heat to be turned on last winter. Still no heat this winter. It’s about to be January.”
