“Pros: Staff is phenomenal, everyone is hardworking and caring and glad to know them. Larger prewar units a plus but each unit is owned separately. Cons: Boiler is constantly on the fritz, meaning heat and hot water frequently go out. Communication could be better about this, usually no warning or time frame on repairs”

“Pros: Great staff, apartments are big and halls are kept clean Cons: Sometimes there are bugs. But they have the exterminator come every month.”
