— 34-15 31 AVENUE · Queens“Pros: The super is really nice and he goes out of his way to make everyone happy. The neighbors are all nice and the building is very dog friendly. The location and street is quiet and you have easy access to lots of restaurants and stores. Cons: Older building, sometimes the heat gets weird but that’s most nyc apartments. I had a mouse in the beginning. Advice to landlord: Bike storage would be great”
“Pros: The Super is so nice, works hard to do right by the tenants and is very responsive. Pet friendly apartment. Mostly everyone is friendly in the building Cons: Hot water pressure can be hit or miss. Inward facing apartments can experience some early morning noise from the echo. Advice to landlord: Stop using a broker who charges ridiculous fees. I was initially quoted a higher rent, and when it came out that the rent was lower they still held the initial broker fee and wouldn’t budge on it. That guy is disgusting.”
