“Unit 2C Pros: Proximity to Prospect Park. Several supermarkets nearby. Dedicated rooftop. Laundry in building. A/C in-unit. Cons: Already showing it's age at 8 years old. General building maintenance could improve (more reactive repairs vs preventative measures ie. washer & dryers in basement consistently breaking). Advice to landlord: Preventative Care”

“Unit 4B Pros: -Dishwasher -Regularly clean the hallways/floors -Trash management is great Cons: -Super is a bit awkward -They underplay/violate rules of 421a rent stabilization”

“Pros: I was the first tenant of my apartment and it was very clean and new and really didn’t have any new-building problems. Cons: You can hear everything, particularly the stairwell echoing with people’s footsteps and voices. Advice to landlord: I don’t know”

“Pros: Management is very responsive (usually received replies within a day or two), the apartment building is cleaned weekly, and the neighbors in the building are friendly! Cons: It’s on a main ambulance path from the hospital so sirens are pretty frequent and loud and traffic congestion is also frequent so there is lots of honking.”
