Noisy upstairs thumping (they force you to buy your own carpets but that doesn't stop anything). Roaches everywhere. Mice in basement. Advice to landlord: Please don't blast the heat at 60°+ weather.”

Maintenance department has always responded in a timely manner. Cons: Roaches, no matter how clean I keep my place they keep coming. It’s an old building but the exterminator service they provide just puts bait in the cabinets every 2 weeks. I will not be signing a new lease in the building. Advice to landlord: Hire a better exterminator and don’t charge 1700/month for a place with roaches.”
