“Pros: Good price for the space Cons: Wish there were more washers and dryers”

“Pros: Nice appliances. Great bathroom. Washer/dryer in basement. Cons: Walls are paper thin. Not well constructed. Super throws loud parties in the courtyard on a weekly basis with no regard for rest of the tenants. Landlord is unresponsive. There is high turnover for a reason. Advice to landlord: Find a new super.”
