“Pros: The building has good space and natural lighting in the apartment. The water pressure and heating are good. The kitchen is big and they replace the key appliances like they’re supposed to. Cons: The stairwells and hallways are usually dirty, and there’s no elevator. The garbage sits right outside the entrance until pickup day so in the summer it stinks and draws flies by the entry door. There’s only one super for the entire building, he does what he can but it isn’t enough for the capacity of the building. Advice to landlord: Hire more people for maintenance and get a routine exterminator. Put an electronic system on the front entry door, and CAMERAS to keep the young people from loitering in the building.”

The super is lazy and all they want is money. Advice to landlord: Do you job and stop scamming ppl put there money !”
