“Unit D5 Pros: The landlord hardly interferes and will hardly come by to check in. It’s close to a lot of restaurants, gyms and stores. Prospect Park is only 10 minutes away. You can have pets! Cons: The building is often dirty. Half of the apartments don’t have proper heating. No laundry in the units or building. Heat is impossible to control, I often had to leave my AC on to cool down my room. Most of the building smells like weed 1/2 the time. The live-in superintendent is terrible at his job and isn’t always kind.”
