“Unit 2L Pros: Warm, kind, understanding landlord who is quick to respond to any maintenance issues and resolve immediately. Keeps a monthly pest control appointment for the building. Makes sure the building is kept clean and well maintained. Cares about his tenants. Tons of light in the apartment - windows in every room except one. Neighbors have been here a long time and look out for one another. Great heat, water pressure and hot water is HOT! Rent stabilized. Cons: It’s pretty close to the M train, and right off of a main street with a good amount of traffic so it can be noisy at times. Not important to me but someone else might mind - no laundry in the building, no dishwasher, nothing fancy here. Just a standard apartment! Advice to landlord: Consider modern amenities like video cam doorbells, dishwashers, modern kitchen counters and cabinets.”
