“Pros: Management and super are responsive, kind, and respectful. Building is older but is well maintained and super does a great job of providing tenants with any necessary updates/info. Cons: Water pressure not great but other than that no complaints.”

“Pros: great location; lots of stuff to do around Cons: bar below is very loud and street noise is pretty loud; some of the units are in very rough shape and are not super functional (no storage space, shower is separate from bathroom etc) Advice to landlord: units need upgrades and better insulation for sound”
