“Pros: Huge rooms, great location, very responsive landlord Cons: Roaches and a rat. Landlord was very fast to take care of it. Reason I am leaving as well as them not lowering the rent for the second year of our lease during covid times. Advice to landlord: They have been very responsive just wanted to warn the next tenant to keep your eyes open for these critters”
