“Pros: Property manager and super were responsive to issues Cons: My unit was small, particularly kitchen and bathroom, due to the building being a pre-war converted multi-family home. Building located near a tunnel exit so traffic can be loud at times. Advice to landlord: Look into ADA requirements”
