“Unit 3B Pros: Kitchen was newly remodeled and attendants for the building are good. Super has been here a long long time. Cons: There was occasionally no hot water which really was a bummer. Made some days absolutely miserable”

“Unit 5D Pros: I love that our unit had a separate kitchen from bathroom. All rooms had natural light, but we were on the top floor so that helped. Best location in the east village, close to subway lines and fun spots. We didn’t have many pests, again on the top floor, but very few roach incidents (less than 10 sightings a year.) Cons: They are currently gutting and renovating the whole building so we have to leave but I wouldn’t stay forever if I could.”

“Unit 2e Pros: the building management and super are kind, responsive, and on top of fixing issues when called to attention. love the location, rent raises have been fair Cons: had some cockroaches here and there, as to be expected living above restaurant and busy bar. main avenue is loud and so are bars below but honestly got used to it overtime. stayed in the building for 3 years happily Advice to landlord: none really”

“Pros: Location and apartment is spacious Cons: Mice and roaches and little to no response from property manager. Lots of holes in our walls and floors that should’ve been caulked before we moved in which would have saved us some issues with pests. Advice to landlord: Answer emails/ calls”

“Pros: The location is great. Cons: Some loud neighbors. Not the most clean building. Stolen packages. Super won’t come fix something unless you call at least 3 times. Landlord unresponsive. Fire escape in terrible condition.”
