“Unit 5D Pros: The super is very responsive and normally can fix small things for quickly. Cons: We’ve had several big things break (ceiling leak, window shattered, etc) and the management company dragged their feet getting it fixed. Waited months. Advice to landlord: Invest in your tenants. Agressive raising of rent drives good people out.”
