“Pros: It's near the park Cons: The installation of cameras not to protect the building but to watch the tenants was very disheartening and felt racially charged. The rats are abhorrent and all you get from the super are glue traps. Advice to landlord: Get to know your community more, most of the people there are decent its a shame how they have to live”
