“Pros: some apartments like ours are newly renovated Cons: building management has taken over a year to resolve a radiator banging issue. furthermore a lot of the materials they've used are cheap. every Friday and Saturday night it sounds like a frat house. Advice to landlord: actually show you care.”

“Pros: Okay neighborhood area Cons: Very rude and unresponsive building management. Have had a laundry list of issues that were ignored. Radiator racketed in the middle of the night and never really worked. Homeless people have broken in multiple times. Never ever use slate management. Advice to landlord: Answer people’s requests. Don’t be extremely rude. Fire Latif”

“Pros: Loved loving here in Chelsea. 22nd st is amazing. Couple sketchy blocks along 8th. Cons: Management switched abruptly and couldn’t get a hold of new landlord for 2+ weeks. Calls, voicemails, emails - no response. Eventually they said to be out in a month because they weren’t renewing. Advice to landlord: Communicate with new tenants.”
