“Pros: Super central location, close to the train lines and groceries stores, building is well maintained. Living space was big and place had a dishwasher! Individual rooms were sizable with true closets. Cons: Apartment starting decaying over the several years we lived here. Kitchen needs new tiles, everywhere needs new paint, speciality light bulbs were burnt out and apartment isn’t very will insulated. Packages sometimes got stolen, and overall no sense of building community.”

“Unit No Pros: Location is awesome, the super is very on top of things, never had an issue with pests and he is very quick to respond when you need something. Cons: Heat wasn’t amazing in the winter Advice to landlord: None! Well managed building”

“Pros: Clean, new appliances, dishwasher, responsive super, let us use security deposit as last months rent Cons: Noticed a cockroach or two, fridge broke and it took them a week to replace it”

“Pros: The trash management is decent. Cons: Charged for A/C install. No A/C storage. Upstairs tenant had toddlers that stomped back and forth for 12 hours straight, including pre-Covid; management refused to address this. Cockroaches arrived in the spring because door jams didn’t touch the floor. Advice to landlord: Pay attention to complaints. Make your website easier to accept payments.”

“Pros: Location (specifically as relates to pre- Covid-19). Fast IPv6 internet (Spectrum). Cons: Management. Loud, ignorant tenants that refuse to be even close to reasonable. Loud doors. Space under doors (freezing cold drafts and cockroach floodgates). No AC storage. Sporadic radiator heating. Nosey super. Unavailable super. Hidden “gotchas” by management. Thin windows. No insulation from heat/cold. Concrete walls (no pictures/mounts). No package area. Advice to landlord: Fix the list of cons and don’t hide them.”
