Cons: Consistent mold damage, plaster cracking, leaks from the roof damaging ceilings, poor responsiveness from whatever new management that has changed every year for the last four years, water will be shut off with out warning for days. Advice to landlord: Get your house in order.”

“Pros: Neighborhood is great. Cons: I don't even know where to begin! Packages get stolen all the time. The building is not clean. Don't even get me started on the basement; it's disgusting!! The elevator is ALWAYS broken. Hot water gets turned off at least 2 times a month with no notice. Management does not respond to repair requests (over seven months!). Overall, I love my apartment, but I can't wait for the lease to end.”
