“Pros: Pretty quiet neighbors, absolutely amazing location. My unit is renovated and has a nice bathroom and kitchen and full sized appliances including dishwasher and deep sink. Cons: Dusty, not that clean hallways and no lobby. Super doesn’t live in and isnt helpful at all and a bit rude. Management sucks tbh, not easy to get a hold of and never responds to maintenance inquiries. Have found a couple of cockroaches too. Advice to landlord: Be more responsive, get a better super and maybe clean/maintain the hallways better”
