“Pros: 1 apartment per floor. Washing and drying in most apartments. Kitchen was okay size, a little tricky if all four roomates are going to be using it frequently. Location is good in relation to subway station Cons: Room sizing and prices. Communication with landlord. Maintenance. Area is sometimes loud. Large construction project across the street that is really disruptive at times Advice to landlord: Work on communication, commit to things if you say you are going to do them.”
