Uses and App for payment and maintenance requests Cons: Continued maintenance issues inside apt and with lobby security entrance. Dirty lobby/elevators. Unresponsive to maintenance requests on app. No email address provided. Sends maintenance contractors at random w/o notifying residents Advice to landlord: Respond to tenants request directly. Deal with maintenance issues in a timely manner. Clean and update lobby.”
