“Pros: Apartments are newly renovated and quiet Cons: Very rarely had problems but when something went wrong there was no response from management or super. Someone kicked in the door and it took over a week of complaining for someone to come and repair the door and clean up broken glass that was all over the entryway and lobby.”

“Pros: Nearby bodegas, Mr. Mango grocery store, and park. Beautiful neighborhood with lots of cultural happenings. Clean building w great super, cool neighbors, and reasonable landlord. Cons: Apartments that face Fulton street have the bus stop, which can be loud when the hydraulics are going up or down. Advice to landlord: Soundproof windows on Atlantic. Otherwise it’s a great building.”
