“Pros: Calm neighborhood. Friendly neighbors. No credit check. Cons: No fire detector in apartment. Cracked windows the let in air. Roaches. Little upkeep to grounds. Lousy security system. Rude/racist management company who don’t care too much about the safety of the tenants more as the stable income. I was here a few months and had to leave after a new tenant moved in below me and started stealing packages from the building. Advice to landlord: Better communication between management/landowners and tenants. Better security system. Lower your rates.”
