“Pros: Apartment was spacious and had access to a roof deck and small courtyard. Good location, deli steps away on the corner & a short walk to Myrtle Broadway Cons: From the very beginning of living here we had issues with the hot water and leaks due to a botched roof renovation. Maintenance eventually patched up the leaks and fixed the roof so they stopped for good, but it took ages and we had to keep making maintenance requests that wouldn’t be answered for up to two weeks. We’re still having consistent issues with the water getting hot & staying hot. Advice to landlord: Have things fixed properly so the issues don’t keep coming back”
