“Unit 6 Pros: Great location, but noisy. Cons: Terrible management - threatening, intimidating etc and doesn’t clean the building. Lead paint contamination in the building. Constant renovations with no permits. Advice to landlord: Get permits for all work done, clean the common areas, ventilate when renovating.”
