“Pros: It’s cheap? The building management company doesn’t care about it’s tenants because people are unfortunately so desperate right now Cons: We have a chronic roach infestation and the supers are too busy cat-calling us instead of being responsive about the issues. They set us up with an Exterminator that never showed up and gave us an out of service number. Filed a complaint with 311 Advice to landlord: Being a slumlord will catch up with you”
