“Pros: Great soundproofing and spacious apartments Cons: No heating or cooling so winters use baseboard/space heaters and which meant very high electric bills”

“Pros: Super and assistant are very nice and responsive. Building is well kept. Rooftop is beautiful. Never had any issue with noise. Cons: It can get very cold in the winter and electric bills are very high”
