“Pros: A great spot, super conveniently located and the super is very responsive. They keep the main areas pretty clean too. Cons: Definitely a bad roach infestation in the building. We had some pop up, but found where they were coming from and filled the holes and haven't had a problem since. But they definitely live in the walls of the building + exterminator doesn't always get to every apartment that signs up Advice to landlord: Better extermination!”

“Pros: Only lived here for six months but I’m satisfied—water pressure is good, place is clean, landlord is pretty responsive Cons: I have inexplicably loud upstairs neighbors”

“Pros: Neighbors, neighborhood, apartment sizes Cons: Elevator is often down, laundry machines often broken, no ramp for wheelchairs in lobby, mail is stolen all the time Advice to landlord: Better security and ramps in lobby for wheelchairs”

“Pros: Great location! Walkers paradise! The apartment themselves have been renovated and wood floors are beautiful. Cons: Pests. We found a few dead cockroachs upon moving in, and have since seen more cockroaches than I ever want to see in my life. The building is infested. Super said the exterminator comes every month and he always forgets about it every month. So frustrating. Advice to landlord: Get a new property management team, they do a poor job of pest management.”
