“Pros: Affordable rent is the only plus Cons: Poor repairs. The super cannot fix anything. In fact, he’s made some maintenance issues worse. Now I pay for the super in a friend’s building to come over to make my repairs. Advice to landlord: Hire someone who can make simple repairs and do them well”
