Bad roach infestation in our apartment. Heat and hot water constantly goes out. We once had to have the fire dept shut the water off because a flood was not stopping and the landlord was unreachable as usual. It got to the point where we nearly took legal action. Advice to landlord: Take care of your building and your tenants.”
