“Pros: Beautiful apartment layout Cons: Building was infested with mice and roaches and management was completely absent. They were impossible to get a hold of and when they did send someone, that person would find an excuse to leave and never be heard from again. Advice to landlord: Get out of property management, this is not the career for you.”
