“Pros: No complaints, really. Nothing stupid happened. The roof is nice. Cons: I was a subletter here – there was steel wool in the gaps around the radiators when I moved in, and I totally heard mice/rats in the walls a few times, especially in the winter. I never saw them, though. Maybe I was wrong. Advice to landlord: Make sure there's no mice?”
