“Pros: Good amenities and friendly neighbors overall all no complaints on the building Cons: Super does not fix appliances really. They do not fix anything truely. Broken part in kitchen appliance for years since lived in building and no urgency even when I have out in request multiple times. It can get nosy but you are in the middle of 7 ave so thats to be expected”
