“Unit 17 Pros: Affordable. Cheap. An apartment. Cons: Roaches everywhere. Feces on the stairs for weeks. Mailboxes get broken into. You can hear the rats in the walls. Street is NOT safe. Gang HQ across the street and all the junkies line up. Advice to landlord: Invest money into cleaning up the stairs and installing proper lighting and cameras, this will discourage people from being sloppy.”
