“Unit 1L Pros: All my neighbors were awesome Cons: They never told us about the bed bugs when we moved in. Spent a year dealing with them trying to fix the problem. Tried to keep our security deposit when we had to move out Advice to landlord: Had cancer a year ish after moving out, no way of proving it was from all the black mold and constant bed bug spraying”

“Pros: The building itself was not bad, the area is really convenient super close to the subway and fun stuff to do. Cons: There were sometimes small roaches that came up from the pipes, and one of the rooms was crazy cold at night.”
