“Unit 4 Pros: This is an amazing location of you are looking for something quiet and residential. Landlords are polite and responsive. Cons: While the park is lovely, expect loud parties late into the night in the summer. It gets a little too cold in the winter and very hot in the summer. Advice to landlord: Caulk the baseboards. The occasional mouse slips through and having the baseboards reach the floor would help this problem.”
