“Pros: The lobby is clean. All floors seem reasonably clean and are maintained. The hot water and water pressure seem consistent. There doesn’t seem to be a pest problem, so maintenance of garbage and pest management is good. I like the fact that there is a doorman present most if the time. The upkeep of the property around the building is very good. Cons: Response time to problems such as maintenance calls for piping and plumbing are decent, but could be quicker. Advice to landlord: A 24 hour doorman situation would be nice. Keep up the good work.”

“Pros: Receptive Súper & porters, recycling, trash incinerators on every floor, noise proof unless in hallways, great neighborhood, affordable, conveniently doubles as a fallout shelter Cons: The floor hall smells of the worst apt, sometimes pests from recycling or apt on your line, rooftop is off limits, Village View is political - drag yourselves to the board meetings!!! Make sure you’re holding management and the board accountable! If you know - you know.”

“Pros: Close to parks restaurants and supermarkets Cons: Building is not cleaned daily elevators and front doors as well as laundry room dont getting cleaned frequently even during the height of the pandemic it was rarely cleaned Advice to landlord: Get maintenance workers that do there job cleanliness is important to me and should be to you”
