“Pros: The apartment is in a great location Cons: We had something go wrong frequently, had rats in our apartment, and problems with water coming in the apartment when it rains”

“Pros: dog friendly, nice in unit heaters, good water presssure. Cons: tiny units, occasional roaches, tough to get things fixed. Advice to landlord: please provide responses or updates on repair tickets”
