“Pros: Units are good, building decently maintained. Landlord is quite flexible and reasonable Cons: Only major con is the fact that the fume hoods in kitchen leak from below units so you have to turn on your fume hood fans if you don’t want to smell downstairs cooking”

“Pros: I lived in the building for 11 years. In my experience, this is a perfect building. Excellent location, new construction and very responsive landlord. The landlord is a couple who build the property themselves and are managing it with great pride and attentiveness. Most tenants rarely ever change. Years after I moved out of the building I remained friends with the landlord wishing happy holidays on occasion. It's a rarity in NYC. Cons: No laundry. No elevator. No pets. Tenant pay for gas based heating system, I was very hard to guess the average monthly electric and gas bills, it's a very convoluted bill, so take my guestimates as such. Advice to landlord: Keep doing what you do”
