“Pros: By owner, ridgewood prices and close to bushwick! Cons: Mice problem. The owners live on property and are LOUD. Never address mice problem, told me to “get a cat.” Hostile environment and landlord/owners. Never give back deposit. Advice to landlord: Do better and stop scamming people”
